About ChalkVanJax
Our passion for community and youth, matched our passion for expression through floral. So, we took our floral delivery van and turned it into a canvas. We found a way to connect with families through having fun. Whether that fun translates to designing groovy illustrations on our van's chalkboard exterior, grooving out with hula hoops, engaging in a variety of cool activities, or taking part in our "Fun with Flowers" class, there's a little something for everyone!

What is your pricing and deposit structure for ChalkVanJax?

The Chalk Van Field Day Package is $125.00 and includes custom design, chalk, jump ropes, hula hoops tug-of-war, games, and prizes.

The Chalk Van with Personalized Design package is $85.00 and is limited to writing and drawing on the chalk van.

The Fun With Flowers Class + Chalk Van package is $550.00.

There is no deposit, however should noticeable damage be inflicted upon ChalkVanJax equipment a nonnegotiable damage fee of $50 dollars will be accessed and due immediately upon invoice.
Rules and expectations when booking with ChalkVanJax:

We are not responsible for the safety of the children, parents are responsible, we do not “babysit.”

Please ensure that your children are well-behaved and respectful of the other guests at the event in question.

Please treat the materials with care and note that should equipment or materials be damaged it will be accessed from the provided deposit.

Two to three well-equipped ChalkVanJax personal will ensure that games and events are executed in a responsible, and safe manner.
What kind of events does ChalkVanJax service?
ChalkVanJax services birthday parties, festivals, private parties, corporate events, etc.
Booking and Cancellations:

ChalkVanJaX can be rented out any day of the week but must be booked at least a week in advance if the date is available.

Client must cancel prior to or within 48 hours of the booking date in order to receive 100% of their initial payment. Should cancellation occur after the 48 hour timeframe only 50% of the payment rendered will be returned with respect to business needs.
- If date is canceled due to weather and client chooses not to reschedule a full refund will be issued.
